I’m an experienced and practical senior leader and certified coach, bringing over 32 years of diverse experience in the tech and professional services industry to every engagement conversation. I have a passion to ensure the right solutions are found by empowering the contribution of everyone involved.

After a nearly 20 years journey at Microsoft, I also thrived in roles at Amazon, Apptio, Lionbridge and my own firm, NovusWorks. I’ve proudly delivered results with teams launching some of the biggest software titles in history, while growing my own skills and passion for technology, processes, team development and leadership. 

Today, my focus is leadership development in a world that is challenging leaders in so many ways. Organizations require a much more distributed leadership approach to meet current demands, and this requires a very different approach for all leaders. I’m passionate about helping emerging and executive leaders succeed in this moment.  

Outside of work I’m still passionate about technology and creating. I spend time writing code, 3D printing, Arduino, playing with a never-ending stream of new devices – or you’ll find me out back in my woodshop working on a new project or two..
